EMI Technician

**Company Overview:**

LPS collaborates closely with Production Engineers, Field Supervisors, and Asset Managers to optimize production, extend run life, and ensure operational excellence.

**Position Overview:**

LPS is seeking an EMI Technician to provide field inspection services for continuous rod using advanced electromagnetic inspection (EMI) technology. This role ensures accuracy, safety, and efficiency while maintaining strong relationships with customers and supporting field operations.

**Responsibilities:**

- Perform and oversee EMI inspections of rod strings and tubulars at customer sites.

- Set up, operate, and maintain EMI inspection equipment in accordance with company and API standards.

- Analyze inspection data and determine material condition to ensure integrity and quality.

- Maintain accurate inspection reports and communicate findings with field and operations teams.

- Uphold safety standards and ensure compliance with all worksite procedures.

- Assist with daily equipment maintenance, calibration, and field readiness.

- Represent the company professionally with customers and identify opportunities for service growth.

**Qualifications:**

- Prior field inspection, mechanical, or oilfield experience required.

- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors in varying conditions.

- Strong problem-solving, communication, and customer service skills.

- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

- Commitment to safety and compliance with regulatory requirements governing oilfield operations.

- Willingness to travel to field locations as needed for onsite inspections and support.
