Role Summary
We are seeking a motivated Inside Sales Specialist to drive customer outreach, educate prospects on
LPS capabilities, and generate qualified meetings for the technical sales and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Engage operators, production engineers, and artificial lift teams through CRM-driven outreach
• Educate prospects on LPS rod lift reliability solutions and EMI technology
• Qualify leads and identify failure-related or production optimization pain points
• Schedule technical follow-up sessions with LPS engineering or field teams
• Update CRM records, track pipeline progress, and report activity metrics
• Share customer insights to refine messaging and targeting strategies
Qualifications
• 2+ years inside sales or BDR/SDR experience
• Strong communication skills; ability to simplify technical concepts
• CRM experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.)
• Highly organized and comfortable with high-cadence outreach
• Preferred: experience in artificial lift, rod pumping, or production engineering
