Rod guides play a critical role in rod lift reliability, but in practice, many conventional rod guides fall short due to limited wear volume, rigid designs that accelerate fatigue, or geometries that increase friction and downhole instability.
At LPS, reliability stems from system-level thinking, which led to the development of PowerFlo™ rod guides, the latest addition to our engineered rod lift portfolio.
Developed through a strategic partnership with Oilfield Piping Systems (OPS), PowerFlo™ rod guides are manufactured using the same proprietary Polyolefin Ketone (POK) blend trusted in LightningFlo™ lined tubing. This proven material foundation is paired with CFD-optimized vane geometry to reduce turbulence, a patented flexible two-piece design to minimize rod fatigue, and industry-leading erodible wear volume to extend service life./p>
