Thank you to our customers and employees for their trust as we advance safety, reliability, and engineered performance in artificial lift.
As we reflect on 2025, we sincerely thank our customers and employees for choosing to work with LPS. In a competitive and evolving market, we recognize that you have choices. Your decision to place your trust in the Lightning family—our people, our products, and our services—is deeply valued.2025 was a pivotal year for LPS and our industry. While many companies navigated consolidation, mergers, and acquisitions—and overall oil and gas activity remained relatively flat—LPS stayed focused on what matters most: delivering engineered, high-performance solutions while maintaining an uncompromising commitment to safety. Protecting our employees and customers remains foundational to every decision we make, every product we design, and every service we deliver.
This commitment was formally recognized when LPS received a significant industry distinction, reflecting the professionalism, discipline, and accountability of our entire team. This recognition belongs to every LPS employee—congratulations and thank you for setting the standard.
Innovation continues to drive our progress. Building on the rollout of our High-Rise System, 2025 delivered measurable field success with engineered solutions that increase mean time between failures in RRP and PCP wells. These results reinforce our belief that thoughtful engineering, advanced materials, and real-world validation deliver lasting value for our customers.
A major milestone this year was the commercialization of our field-proven, first-of-its-kind Lv-EMI™ Electromagnetic Inspection System. By making this technology available to operators and service providers, LPS is accelerating the adoption of coiled rod in deep, deviated wells—enabling higher operating rates and earlier transitions from ESPs to rod pumping. This marks a meaningful step toward improving system reliability, efficiency, and lifecycle economics.
We also expanded our product portfolio through a strategic partnership with Oilfield Piping Systems (OPS), enabling LPS to introduce proven rod guide technology to our customers. The upcoming Q1 2026 rollout of PowerFlo™ rod guides is a natural extension of our core business. Manufactured with the same proprietary Polyolefin Ketone (POK) blend used in our LightningFlo™ liners, these guides are engineered to address each well's unique characteristics and integrate seamlessly with our existing solutions.
In parallel, LPS is expanding liner manufacturing capabilities to support Range 3 tubing and casing, including SWD well applications. This includes launching reclamation-focused solutions for 4.5” tubing—removing fiberglass liners and relining with LPS LightningFlo™ systems—delivering substantial cost savings while extending asset life and performance.
None of these achievements would be possible without the trust of our customers and the dedication, ingenuity, and discipline of our employees. Together, we are not merely responding to industry challenges—we are engineering solutions that move the industry forward.
As we enter the new year, LPS remains committed to innovation, safety, and excellence in execution. We look forward to continuing our work with you and sincerely thank you for your continued partnership and support.
Kind Regards,
LJ Guillotte, President & CEO
